Refund policy

How do I process a return?

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift you received, you can send it back to us in unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the item and can ensure it is returnable (unused) we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping costs.
If you received an item that is damaged, defective or simply the wrong item, we are more than happy to help you. Please send an e-mail to info@proctormercantile.com with your order number and a photo of the item or call 253.759.8850 for assistance.
Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
